Running and an active lifestyle have evolved from individual choices into an integral part of urban culture. City streets have become running tracks, and runners have become part of the everyday flow of the city. Yet when it comes to recovery and nutrition, traditional cafes and their menus have been slower to adapt.

This gap led a group of professional coaches to create a special kind of sports cafe — mobile locations positioned along running routes, near stadiums, and at sporting events, offering food designed specifically for an active lifestyle.

My task was to develop the brand identity and visual communication from scratch.

This is how Yuzu came to life — a fresh, accessible and energetic brand with subtle Eastern influences and a playful visual language, designed to feel as dynamic and mobile as the people it serves.
